Adds two new sections to AGENTS.md to help AI agents and developers understand the codebase:

  • Project Structure: Overview of the pnpm monorepo layout including main directories (src/, webview-ui/, cli/, packages/, jetbrains/, apps/) and key source directories for providers, tools, and services
  • Build Commands: Common pnpm commands for installing dependencies, building, linting, and type checking
